Our innovative, skills-based graduate program covers diverse aspects of leadership to prepare you for broad career opportunities in diverse work settings such as public and private businesses and nonprofit organizations.
EdD in Human & Organizational Learning
The Doctor of Education curriculum focuses on organizational issues such as strategic change, transformational leadership, individual and group learning processes, organizational development, and global and international issues. Students receive a deep foundation in relevant theories, concepts, and practices directed toward facilitating change initiatives and becoming more effective leaders.
Leadership Development Graduate Certificate
Gain skills in instructional design, group processes, adult learning, organizational diagnosis, and consulting strategies. Designed for working professionals, students apply new skills in both real-world settings and the classroom. This certificate provides students with a realistic preview of the master's degree program in Organizational Leadership & Learning. If accepted, all 15 credits will apply toward the 30-credit master's degree program.
Organizational Learning & Change Graduate Certificate
This graduate certificate provides an in-depth understanding of how a learning focus helps organizations improve their performance and create sustainable change. I come from the law enforcement and military communities, but after entering the GSEHD program I have been exposed to other leadership styles from not only different communities, but different walks of life and corners of the world. I've learned from the faculty and the student community that there's a lot more to leadership.
